Our strategy for covering your wedding is simple. We
have a background in storytelling and thus we know what it takes to get
the shots we need for a great edit session. In our professional opinion
it takes 2 manned cameras and all day coverage from the appropriate
Pre-Ceremony time to the departure from the Reception. Our package is as
follows:
- 2 manned HD cameras plus a 3rd HD camera unmanned for the ceremony
- Coverage to begin
Pre-Ceremony for the Bride's preparation and coverage of the Groom
waiting.
- Wireless mic system for
the Groom to wear during the Ceremony for professional audio capture and
reproduction.
- We will use a GlideCam
throughout the day (as needed) for dramatic shots of the couple and
their wedding day activities. First Dance and general Reception activity
is usually warranted. The GlideCam provides the fluid round about shots
of the couple on the dance floor as seen in our videos.
- We will provide "basic"
lighting as necessary for the Reception dances where inadequate lighting
is provided. Video cameras as well as Flash photography can need the
additional light to properly expose the subjects.
- The footage from the day
will be edited down to an approximate 45 minute final video to include a
Trailer video (Recap) as well with professional titling and soundtrack
music.
- Couple will receive 3 Blu-Ray DVD's in custom jacket covers*.
* Sandard DVD's can be requested if the couple does not have a Blu-Ray player or a combination of Blu-Ray and Standard DVD discs can also be provided. Either way we will provide 3 discs of the final product in the format of your choosing.

If you feel that this is
still not ample coverage, i.e. you want to have the rehearsal and
rehearsal dinner covered, then we can add on. Conversely, if you don't
want as much coverage, i.e. it's a more intimate gathering with a
smaller celebration, then we can adjust the package for you as well.
Basically, we can tailor a
package for just about anyone's budget.
